動物性食品中蛋白質的含量較多,例如牛肉含有蛋白質15.01%,豬肉含有14.21%,雞蛋含有10.56%,鯉魚含有8.65%。而在植物性食品中,蛋白質的含量一般很少,如蘋果只含0.4%,蕃茄含0.76%,菠菜含2.22%。
